It was requested by a friend of mine and I thought it could be a fun little project for the weekend. But as the detail freak that I am I just had to see if I could create a somewhat realistic fur, which added alot more hours and eventually almost drove me crazy! I should've worked more on it, but I just had to move on with new projects and studies so.. this is what I came up with. Half man, half bear and half pig. I wanted to create a character in a dramatic pose, though it didn't came out as dramatic as I hoped. He was also supposed to appear more evil, but somewhere in the drawing process he became more warm and friendly. Hm, gotta work on that.. I've never used myself as reference before but now I've realised how great it is when you need reference on a weird pose.
